Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor using deep expertise in governance and entity management to help clients achieve their strategic goals.
- Proactively manage operational aspects of the service portfolio, including revenue forecasting, team utilization, and time tracking.
- Lead project execution by aligning appropriate resources to ensure timely delivery, minimize delays, and maintain budget discipline.
- Oversee professional services throughout the implementation lifecycle with emphasis on gathering accurate business requirements.
- Design and document solution workflows and system designs through detailed diagrams and walkthrough materials.
- Develop and maintain dynamic project plans, adjusting as needed to reflect evolving priorities, timelines, and demands.
- Coordinate customer enablement and training initiatives to support successful product adoption.
- Maintain daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Report regularly on project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Organize and lead meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and documentation of action items.
- Review and assign support requests that require professional services intervention.
- Lead change management efforts to support smooth transitions during implementations.
- Drive innovation by designing business solutions that fully leverage the product suite to improve project delivery efficiency.
- Apply industry experience to ensure successful client onboarding and reduce implementation risks.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, product demos, RFP responses, and scoping implementation efforts and costs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product adoption within existing and new client accounts.
- Collaborate with customer success and account management to create roadmaps that advance governance, risk, and compliance maturity, particularly in entity and subsidiary management.
- Work with customer success teams to identify adoption challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Create and implement a personal development plan to stay current with market and client needs.
- Ensure service excellence by upholding quality standards, resolving customer issues, identifying patterns, and suggesting product or process enhancements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior specialists in project management and customer enablement practices.
