Penguin Random House is hiring an Advisor Digitalization, Sales, and Customer Service for EVU. In this role, you will advise clients on digitizing energy industry processes, particularly in energy and grid sales and customer service. You will analyze requirements, design processes, develop innovative solution concepts, and manage implementation projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on the digitalization of energy industry processes, with a focus on energy and grid sales and customer service.
- Analyze requirements, design processes, and develop innovative solution concepts.
- Lead and oversee implementation projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 – from conception to system configuration.
- Proactively contribute to the further development of the consulting portfolio and support the acquisition of new business topics.
What We're Looking For
- Solid knowledge of energy industry processes in the market roles of supplier, metering point operator, or distribution system operator in Germany.
- Enthusiasm for consulting, digitalization, and modern technologies.
- Experience with CRM systems in the energy industry, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of typical IT systems in the utility industry.
- Experience in process modeling (e.g., with BPMN or UML).
