What You’ll Do
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess education needs, professional aspirations, and long-term career goals
- Advise on real-world programming applications and emerging technology trends to inform learning decisions
- Align individual goals with appropriate training programs, ensuring a clear path to employment
- Manage each candidate’s journey from initial contact through final enrollment
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of experience in solution-focused advisory or consultative roles
- Strong communication abilities and a genuine interest in technology education
- A history of achieving or surpassing performance targets
- Motivation to empower others through learning and career transformation
