Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist both internal and external clients promptly and effectively.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain brand consistency across two luxury resorts.
- Plan, organize, and execute colleague engagement initiatives, including events and campaigns.
- Promote programs that foster inclusion, well-being, recognition, and teamwork.
- Serve as the primary contact for colleagues regarding engagement activities and feedback.
- Foster a positive workplace environment that aligns with company values.
- Design and produce promotional materials for engagement activities, such as posters and digital flyers.
- Assist in managing workforce administration data and processes.
- Generate reports as requested by the Cluster HR Manager.
- Oversee all aspects of opening bank accounts for new employees and maintain related records.
- Track new residence visas and send updates to the bank.
- Update OASYS system by changing cash salary to bank transfer.
- Prepare salary transfer letters for employees applying for bank loans or credit cards.
- Track all final settlements and inform banks weekly.
- Address various inquiries related to banking issues.
- Verify bank details for employees, including start date, salary, and job title.
- Receive ATM cards from courier services for all team members.
- Distribute ATM card packs to respective departments.
- Ensure colleague files are up-to-date and well-maintained.
- Maintain a clean and organized file room, minimizing documents for filing.
- Record minutes during weekly HR meetings.
- Assist with the exit processes and procedures for colleagues.
- Coordinate flight bookings for departing colleagues.
- Facilitate the signing of Final Settlement and Visa Cancellation Forms.
- Complete the Leaver Clearance Form with departing colleagues.
