ASE Global is looking for an Administrative Coordinator (Project Operations Associate) to support the delivery and coordination of projects across the organization. You'll assist project managers with monitoring, documentation, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure successful execution and alignment with company goals.
What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing critical project documentation for clients, such as change requests and acceptance notices
- Maintain organized electronic records, files, and up-to-date cases
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support the full project lifecycle
- Assist in driving automation of routine tasks to improve efficiency
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to support project execution
- Take detailed meeting notes and distribute follow-up actions
- Assist in coordinating project activities and meetings
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a team-first mindset
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Legally authorized to work in the US

- Experience in Jira or agile SDLC

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
