Keller Executive Search is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to executive search professionals at our global firm. In this remote role, you will ensure seamless operations, contribute to client success in high-stakes talent acquisition, and have access to significant opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
- Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
