Keller Executive Search is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our executive search professionals. In this remote role, you'll ensure seamless operations and contribute to client success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on high-stakes talent acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
- Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A professional who works well independently and within a team.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
