About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and file management support to the legal team at Clyde & Co, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. This role involves close collaboration with fee earners, Practice Assistants, and Legal Support Assistants in a hybrid working environment based in Glasgow.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain client data in Interaction
  • Assist with engagement letters
  • Support audit responses
  • Conduct client research
  • Manage file opening and closing
  • Organise documents
  • Ensure compliance with naming conventions
  • Support internal and external events
  • Book travel
  • Coordinate materials
  • Assist with billing
  • Process expenses
  • Process invoices via Chrome River
  • Prepare court bundles
  • Upload data to client portals
  • Ensure accuracy of client and internal data
  • Liaise with team members to meet deadlines
  • Provide updates to team members
