The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and file management support to the legal team at Clyde & Co, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. This role involves close collaboration with fee earners, Practice Assistants, and Legal Support Assistants in a hybrid working environment based in Glasgow.
What You'll Do
- Maintain client data in Interaction
- Assist with engagement letters
- Support audit responses
- Conduct client research
- Manage file opening and closing
- Organise documents
- Ensure compliance with naming conventions
- Support internal and external events
- Book travel
- Coordinate materials
- Assist with billing
- Process expenses
- Process invoices via Chrome River
- Prepare court bundles
- Upload data to client portals
- Ensure accuracy of client and internal data
- Liaise with team members to meet deadlines
- Provide updates to team members
