ALDO Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant to manage job progress documentation and coordinate communications for key projects. This role ensures clear information flow between customers, field teams, and management to keep projects on track.
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and update job progress documentation on projects.
- Communicate directly with customers to request job uploads and discuss specifications, changes, and deadlines.
- Have direct contact with Field Supervisors and managers.
- Attend weekly conference calls to review the status of projects.
- Create reports for all jobs in the system and track the start and end time of job orders.
- Monitor performance and help to resolve delays and issues.
- Identify ways to streamline workflows and gain efficiencies.
- Assist field teams with resolving job-related issues.
What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- 2 years of experience in project management.
- Proficient in Excel and possess strong data and analytical skills.
- Experience or knowledge of telecommunications engineering and construction.
- A solid understanding of Google tools.
- Detailed reporting skills and a customer service orientation with negotiation abilities.
