Schindler is looking for an Administrative and Invoicing specialist to join our Projects Department. In this role, you will handle contract preparation, invoicing, and customer communication for new installations and modernizations, providing crucial support to our sales teams across multiple branches.
What You'll Do
- Handle administrative tasks related to the preparation, checking, and processing of standardized contracts and amendments using the SAP system.
- Generate advance, partial, and final invoices for new installations and modernizations.
- Work with bank guarantees.
- Communicate with customers regarding invoicing, VAT, and related matters.
- Support our salespeople across branches who deal with clients on new installation and modernization sales.
- Manage and perform ongoing checks of the database for new installation and modernization orders.
- Archive project-related documents.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and concentration, as the work involves numbers, data, and documents with little room for error.
- Good communication and organizational skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with colleagues across the company.
- An interest in learning new things and adaptability to change.
Nice to Have
- Previous administrative experience with the SAP system.
- Basic accounting knowledge regarding invoicing requirements, issuance, and VAT.
- Knowledge of English.
