Teamified is seeking an Admin Support Specialist to assist our Director of B2B Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day order management and warehouse coordination with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient operations and supporting strong customer and partner relationships.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and organize shared order trackers and documentation.
- Monitor and track order and shipment statuses; escalate any delays to the internal team.
- Process sample requests as needed.
- Assist with completion of retailer product information and specification forms.
- Enter and update orders across various internal tools.
- Send order confirmations to retailers and flag any inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL partners: request box dimensions, labels, packing slips, and shipping documents.
- Support invoice preparation and data consolidation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Admin Support experience.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with NuORDER and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones.

- Prior experience in wholesale, logistics, or supply chain operations.
