Pavago's client—a dynamic commercial real estate investment company on the rise—is hunting for a virtual assistant who's part detective, part marketing wizard, and 100% tech-savvy. We need someone who can seamlessly navigate operations, investor relations, and deal sourcing with the precision of a Swiss watch. This role is tailor-made for a multi-tasking pro who gets a rush from fast-paced entrepreneurial environments. Bonus points if you've got real estate chops, CRM street cred, and digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing & Analysis
- Hunt down commercial real estate deals like a bloodhound, meticulously inputting juicy details into our CRM:
- Deal type, tenant profile, lease specifics, remaining lease term, price, cap rate, CapEx, location, building size, contact info, and property link
- Give the owner a heads-up on promising opportunities that pop up
- Conduct initial property and market deep dives, including demographics, crime stats, rent comparables, and population trends
- Leverage tools like CAPS ACS for data gathering missions
- Research tenant companies and markets, distilling findings into crisp summaries
- Draft Letters of Intent (LOIs) that pack a punch
- Ring up local property managers for multifamily deals to extract rent insights, area intel, and management quotes
CRM & File Management
- Keep investor CRM systems razor-sharp and up-to-date
- Organize deal files and due diligence docs in Google Drive with military-grade precision
- Track active and completed deals, updating records religiously
Marketing & Branding Support
- Craft and schedule social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google My Business
- Assist with monthly newsletters and email drip campaigns
- Prepare killer pitch decks and webinar presentations
- Manage and refresh bios, company websites, and LinkedIn profiles
- Drop updates in relevant Facebook groups
- Draft and manage email campaigns targeting brokers
- Coordinate direct mail campaigns
Special Projects
- Scout and summarize AI tools that can turbocharge operational efficiency
- Provide general administrative and marketing support as the need arises
Requirements
- Bulletproof written and verbal communication skills in English
- Google Workspace wizardry (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- CRM system experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or real estate-specific platforms)
- Microscopic attention to detail and organizational superpowers
- Self-motivated with an independent work style
- Full-time availability during Eastern Time (US) business hours
- Commercial real estate familiarity is a massive advantage
