Johnson County Community College (JCCC) is looking for an Adjunct Professor to join the Biology Department on a part-time basis. You will instruct students in Human Anatomy or Human Anatomy & Physiology courses for the Fall 2026 semester, supporting JCCC’s mission to inspire learning that transforms lives and strengthens communities.
What You'll Do
- Instruct students in either Human Anatomy or Human Anatomy & Physiology courses.
- Teach courses that are combined lecture and lab.
- Teach in-person during the day.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Biology.
- Computer literacy, including the ability to communicate, develop teaching materials, and enter grades electronically.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the use of appropriate computer software.
- Demonstrated fluency in written and oral communications.
- Successfully completed undergraduate or graduate level coursework in human anatomy and physiology.
Nice to Have
- A Doctorate in Anatomy or Physiology or a closely related discipline.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Biology Department within the Academic Affairs division.
