Always Friday is seeking an Ad Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for your assigned partners in Mexico, ensuring they get the most value from our platform. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, helping clients achieve better campaign performance, resolve challenges, and unlock new growth opportunities through close collaboration and continuous optimization.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns for performance and delivery
- Set up campaigns, creatives, and tracking in collaboration with clients
- Monitor campaign results daily and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
- Build long-term relationships by understanding client goals and delivering value
- Upsell products and features to support client success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams
- Stay informed on industry trends and deepen your expertise in native advertising and the LATAM market
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in native advertising
- Fluent in Spanish and have at least an upper-intermediate level of English
- Deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and technologies
- Confident working with data and performance metrics to drive decisions
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of your work
Nice to Have
- Experience with platforms like Google Analytics
- Experience with Hubspot, Slack, or Jira is a plus
