Role Description: As a Technical Accounting Director, you'll contribute to innovative financial solutions by working within the Center of Excellence team. This strategic role involves developing high-caliber technical analyses, formulating accounting policies, drafting comprehensive accounting memorandums, and implementing sophisticated US GAAP standards. Primary Responsibilities: - Proactively identify potential accounting challenges across business units - Develop strategic solutions for complex financial transactions - Prepare comprehensive accounting memorandums for leadership and external auditors - Establish robust cross-functional partnerships - Support financial audit processes - Analyze and assess accounting standard implementations - Review and develop corporate accounting procedures - Ensure precise financial statement disclosures - Evaluate and maintain critical accounting controls - Champion technological innovation within accounting frameworks Qualifications: - Accounting Degree with CPA certification - Minimum 10 years professional experience (5+ years in leadership) - Big 4 or Mid-Tier management background - Advanced GAAP expertise (ASC 230, 326, 606, 810, 815, 820, 860) - Strong technical writing capabilities - Exceptional communication skills - Financial services/fintech experience preferred - Advanced Excel proficiency - Oracle experience advantageous Additional Information: Confidential application process adhering to EEO guidelines.
