As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you’ll oversee a global portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring accurate billing and prompt payment collection. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to minimize overdue balances and improve cash flow
- Issue invoices and follow up on past-due payments using a consultative approach
- Respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams via email or virtual meetings, addressing billing concerns, payment discrepancies, and contract details
- Partner with Sales, Services, and Revenue teams to resolve account issues efficiently
- Collaborate with Finance to refine billing and collections processes, strengthening internal controls and operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience in accounts receivable or financial account management
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex financial scenarios independently
- Reliability in meeting critical financial deadlines and cash collection goals
- Flexibility to follow procedures while applying practical judgment to solve problems
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience using NetSuite for financial operations
