Truelogic Software is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator specializing in Marketing and Advertising to join our finance team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments while coordinating cross-functionally. You’ll work remotely within Latin America, supporting our dynamic operations for top American companies.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and maintain the AP mailbox, ensuring all emails are addressed timely.
- Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice and payment processing.
- Lead the posting of payments in the ERP system and manage payment processing.
- Coordinate internally with other Finance functions (Client Finance, AR, Corporate) to troubleshoot issues.
- Regularly review vendor statements to ensure alignment.
- Assist with team training and development.
- Conduct daily review and submission of invoices to ensure timely posting of AP transactions.
- Perform monthly 1099 maintenance reconciliation and assist with issuing 1099 forms to vendors.
- Provide audit support and file management.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related field OR 5+ years of experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience and proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems/programs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with stakeholders and business partners.
- Strategic Priority Setting.
- Exceptional Time Management.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Excel skills with Pivot table and VLOOKUP.
