Glean is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is key to ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payments, supporting strong financial operations across the company. You will manage the full accounts payable cycle, maintain vendor relationships, support month-end closing, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
What You'll Do
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Review invoices for proper approval and supporting documentation
- Match invoices with purchase orders and contracts
- Prepare and execute payment runs
- Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger to general ledger
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls
- Assist with audit requests and provide required documentation
- Continuously improve AP processes and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in administrative and accounting processes, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate/Advanced written and verbal English
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Nice to Have
- Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage, as the accounting team primarily communicates in Spanish
- Experience working in an international or remote environment
- Experience with crypto or fintech companies
