Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Prepare and verify journal entries
- Support the creation of financial statements
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Identify and correct discrepancies in financial data
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
- Track and report on key financial metrics
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
- Analyze account balances for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain documentation for financial processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Process vendor and customer invoices
- Assist in tax compliance activities
- Implement process improvements in accounting workflows
- Coordinate with external partners on financial reporting
- Manage fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Provide support during system upgrades or implementations
- Respond to internal and external financial inquiries
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports
- Track intercompany transactions
- Maintain records for accruals and prepayments
- Assist in cash flow monitoring
- Support internal control testing and documentation
