Riveron is looking for an Accounting Advisory - Director to lead our strategic alliance with Workiva. In this role, you will be a key architect of the alliance's growth, advising clients on financial reporting, technical accounting, and transformative technology solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage client engagements related to financial reporting, technical accounting, and SEC reporting.
- Drive the strategy and growth of the Workiva Alliance within Riveron's Accounting Advisory practice.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising clients on complex accounting issues and implementation of reporting technologies.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the Workiva platform and its applications in the accounting and reporting landscape.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at Workiva and within client organizations.
What We're Looking For
- Significant, proven experience in accounting advisory, technical accounting, or financial reporting.
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple projects.
- Strong relationship-building and partnership skills, with experience in strategic alliances being a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
