As a Territory Sales Manager for medical devices, you will lead sales initiatives in South Germany, focusing on advanced clinical temperature-management systems used in hospitals and emergency care settings. Your primary responsibility is to grow market presence by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships within existing accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and emergency medical services.
Sales & Market Development
- Design and implement a targeted sales strategy that aligns with business objectives, emphasizing regional expansion and account penetration.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets through proactive account management, lead generation, and consistent follow-up.
- Identify new opportunities such as tenders, equipment upgrades, and unmet clinical needs to expand product adoption.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring reliable reporting and CRM compliance.
Customer Engagement & Technical Support
- Conduct on-site demonstrations of Barkey devices, highlighting safety features, operational benefits, and integration into clinical workflows across OR, ICU, NICU
