About the Role

The specialist will lead the initial customer experience, focusing on rapid activation and adoption through personalized guidance and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new customer onboarding processes from start to first value realization
  • Deliver personalized onboarding sessions to diverse client teams
  • Guide clients through initial setup and configuration steps
  • Identify and address barriers to early product adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges
  • Track and report on customer progress during the activation phase
  • Customize onboarding plans based on client needs and use cases
  • Communicate timelines and milestones clearly to stakeholders
  • Gather feedback during onboarding to improve processes
  • Support clients in understanding core features and workflows
  • Monitor activation metrics and identify at-risk accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress
  • Provide input for product improvements based on client experiences
  • Assist in refining onboarding documentation and resources
  • Ensure consistent delivery of activation services across regions
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries during early engagement
  • Help customers define success criteria early in the relationship
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integration support
  • Escalate complex issues using defined procedures
  • Promote best practices for security and deployment
  • Stay current on product updates and feature releases
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on customer trends
  • Support training material development for new clients
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all client interactions
