Red Hat is looking for an Account Solution Architect to be the technical sales leader for assigned accounts in the Netherlands. In this role, you will guide the growth of Red Hat's business by creating possibilities, solving problems, establishing trusted relationships, and coordinating technical efforts to design solutions that ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customers' business goals, technical objectives, and IT environments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Ecosystem teams to assess the potential application of Red Hat and Partner solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical leadership for the development and implementation of complex solutions and services.
- Develop strategic relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor.
- Deliver proof of value through presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot projects.
- Research and write responses to technical sections of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Coordinate the technical efforts of other Red Hat resources like Product Specialists, Support, and Professional Services.
- Deliver compelling recommendations that result in the closing of new sales.
- Own and meet a bookings quota and perform regular reviews and reports about opportunities.
- Share expertise by contributing to documentation, developing reusable assets, and presenting at conferences and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Pre-sales, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent experience in support of enterprise accounts.
- Integration, development, or administration experience with UNIX and Linux systems.
- Skilled in presenting to small and large groups of mixed audiences, including business, technical, management, and leadership teams.
- Experienced in developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprise IT organizations.
- Experienced with modern and emerging technologies including public and private cloud, container orchestration and management, automation and configuration management, DevSecOps and CI/CD, and modern application frameworks.
- Understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures.
- Collaboration with others and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Fluent language skills in English and Dutch.
- Willingness to travel within the region.

- Any Red Hat certification.
- Experience or certification with any public cloud provider.
