Pearl Talent is looking for an Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team supporting a tech-enabled platform for branded merchandise and promotional products. In this remote role, you will manage key accounts, review and process high-volume orders, and own fulfillment from start to finish while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients in the branded merchandise and promotional products space.
- Review, edit, and manage high-volume orders placed on the platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Route orders to the right vendors and suppliers, monitoring fulfillment workflows from purchase order to delivery.
- Build strong relationships with vendor partners to ensure high-quality production and on-time shipping.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, support, design, and operations teams to resolve order issues, clarify client needs, and coordinate on custom projects.
- Proactively coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues such as delays, product defects, or artwork rejections and drive resolution with urgency.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and tracking across all orders and accounts.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Configure project requests, generate quotes, and support new client onboarding as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in account, project, or order management for Promotional Products or Branded Merchandise.
- Must have at least 1+ year of specific experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows.
- B2B account management experience.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting.
- Proficient in basic platforms like Google Workspace and Slack.
- Availability to work US time zones is required.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
