Responsibilities
- Evaluate and refine chemical treatment solutions for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and membrane chemical systems
- Perform sample analysis and produce technical service reports that assess customer data, explain findings, and suggest operational improvements
- Implement the Account Management Excellence Program using service plans, value generation strategies, and business reviews to show quantifiable customer benefits
- Coordinate and communicate value generation initiatives through projects focused on advancing water and energy sustainability and protecting critical assets
- Achieve yearly revenue goals while overseeing margin assessments, pricing adjustments, and commercial discussions
- Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline to capture new, ongoing, and profitable business opportunities supporting consistent annual growth
- Operate with safety as a priority, adhering to all environmental, health, and safety protocols
