Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architectural design and technical drafting teams to ensure alignment across project phases.
- Develop, assess, and authorize technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Execute complex architectural tasks independently under the guidance of senior leadership, meeting defined timelines and financial constraints.
- Coordinate technical workflows and administrative processes with cross-functional and interdepartmental project contributors.
- Support the professional growth and performance assessment of architectural and drafting staff.
- Evaluate and authorize preliminary design concepts for compliance and feasibility.
- Contribute to advancing architectural practices by exploring and integrating innovative methods and technologies.
