Pavago is hiring an Account Manager - SEO to manage national ecommerce SEO campaigns for US-based B2C clients, primarily on Shopify platforms. You'll be responsible for campaign oversight, client communication, and translating technical insights into actionable growth strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage national ecommerce SEO campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client goals.
- Track and optimize performance metrics based on key B2C ecommerce KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, delivering clear, insightful updates on campaign performance.
- Build lasting relationships by understanding client goals and tailoring SEO strategies accordingly.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and early engagement.
- Address client concerns proactively and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal SEO and content teams to align on strategy, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure that all client-facing updates are accurate and based on real-time campaign data.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to create data-driven reports.
- Highlight key takeaways in performance reports and translate technical insights into actionable client strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce SEO and account management.
- Previous experience working with Shopify platforms.
- Strong command of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Slack, Zoho, and Kixie.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience working with US-based B2C clients is essential.
