V-SELECT is hiring an Account Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-service consulting of existing and new customers across the Bavaria region, focusing on the cleanroom textiles sector, with an emphasis on acquiring clients from the pharmaceutical industry.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive consulting to existing and new customers in Bavaria regarding our service portfolio.
- Acquire potential new customers, focusing on well-known clients, particularly from the pharmaceutical industry.
- Execute a generalist sales and consulting approach to optimize long-term customer satisfaction based on individual needs.
- Present our services, including cleanroom clothing (decontamination, sterilization), cleanroom cleaning, on-site service, cleanroom training, and consumables, in close collaboration with specialists.
- Manage long-term relationships for key (A/B) customers as the single point of contact and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Process customer inquiries and projects from the initial contact through to contract conclusion.
- Maintain close collaboration with experts from laundry and cleaning, as well as customer and sales support.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in B2B sales of services requiring detailed explanation, ideally within the cleanroom, hygiene, cleaning, or workwear sector.
- Strong sales affinity, empathy, and the ability to negotiate on an equal footing.
- A high degree of motivation, perseverance, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Excellent German and good English language skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week and a valid Class B driver's license.
