Kraftwerk Software Holding GmbH is looking for a (Senior) Account Manager Energiewirtschaft (m/w/d). You will build and develop customer relationships within the energy and utility sector, managing the entire sales process from acquisition to contract closure while positioning our software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Present products at trade fairs and events 1-2 times per year.
- Collaborate closely with internal specialist departments to ensure optimal customer care.
- Analyze customer needs and position suitable software solutions and consulting services.
- Manage the full sales process from acquisition through proposal creation to contract conclusion.
- Build, maintain, and strategically develop customer relationships in the energy and utility sector.
What We're Looking For
- Industry experience in the energy or utility sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a high sense of personal responsibility.
- Several years of experience in sales and customer care in a B2B environment.
- Strong customer orientation and experience in capturing customer requirements.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in the area of SaaS solutions or with ERP/billing systems.
