About the Role

V-SELECT is looking for a Key Account Manager/Sales Manager (w/m/d) to drive growth and manage relationships in the cleanroom textiles market across Central Germany. You'll be the face of our services, ensuring long-term customer success through a consultative sales approach.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact and manage all sales-related matters for major key accounts in Central Germany.
  • Acquire new customers from the cleanroom industry and handle projects from initial inquiry through contract signing.
  • Conduct generalist sales and consulting to optimize customer satisfaction based on individual needs.
  • Present our full service portfolio, including cleanroom clothing decontamination, sterilization, cleaning, on-site service, training, and consumables.
  • Act as the single point of contact (one-face-to-the-customer) for A/B customers, managing long-term relationships and identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain close collaboration with laundry, cleaning, customer support, and sales support experts.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales of services requiring explanation, ideally in cleanroom, hygiene, cleaning, workwear, or a comparable field.
  • Strong sales affinity, empathy, and the ability to conduct negotiations on an equal footing.
  • A high degree of motivation, perseverance, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week and a valid Class B driver's license.
