Monks is looking for an Account Manager, Paid Search to drive KPI improvements and support paid search strategies tailored to client goals. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for tactical execution, strategic support, and client relationship management.
What You'll Do
- Build & optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for a roster of B2B, lead generation, and/or ecommerce clients across various industries.
- Lead paid search efforts on small-spending clients and act as a supporting paid search team member on medium to enterprise clients.
- Define, monitor and analyze trends in clients’ KPIs.
- Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, campaign types and positioning to drive results in line with client's goals.
- Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients clearly & secure buy-in from decision-makers.
- Create slides with good design & strong storytelling for clients.
- Support development of both short & long term paid search strategy based on client-specific goals.
- Support creation of quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities.
- Receive tasks from senior team members, managing time and expectations to communicate clearly about bandwidth.
- Stay current on SEM industry trends, contribute to internal agency conversations around SEM.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
- Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data, and navigating Excel/Google sheet spreadsheets.
- High attention to detail and ability to execute with a high degree of accuracy.
- Performance Max experience is a must.
- You are a communication guru both on calls and through written communication.

- You are proactive & willing to raise your hand to support your team members.
- Highly collaborative & works well with a team.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

- Compensation: $58,000—$69,000 USD
