Remote was looking for an Account Manager

Lola Blankets is looking for an Account Manager to manage the entire sales cycle for a dedicated book of business. You will be responsible for retaining customers, identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and building strategic, partnership-based relationships to ensure customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by managing the end-to-end sales cycle for your accounts.
  • Identify and drive new expansion, upsell, and cross-sell business opportunities.
  • Present Lola Blankets' suite of services to existing customers to create upsell opportunities.
  • Own the customer relationship from sale through to successful business completion.
  • Maintain frequent contact with customers to build strategic, long-term partnerships.
  • Understand the unique communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers and design tailored solutions.
  • Generate customer retention initiatives and participate in strategic events to nurture relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure overall customer success.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in retaining and growing existing accounts, driving net new expansion bookings, and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Proven ability to build key relationships across different levels, including decision-makers, champions, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Proactive communication skills to understand customer needs, build strategic roadmaps, and solicit feedback.
  • Ability to create and execute sales motions and tactics to consistently grow revenue per account.
  • Skill in creating, executing, and adapting proactive client strategies to achieve goals.
  • Confidence in developing pipeline, forecasting outcomes, and providing accurate reporting data.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes.
  • Ability to learn complex product solutions and a desire to constantly develop new skills.
  • Understanding of Lola Blankets' services and our position in the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business fluency in English is essential.
  • High self-motivation and ambition to be in a closing role.
  • Self-directed, able to work both independently and as an active team member.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen.

Nice to Have

  • Extensive Account Management experience, or related SaaS sales experience.

You will be part of our Sales team, reporting to the Manager of Account Management.

  • On-Target Earnings between $64,400 USD to $144,850 USD (base salary is 60%).
