About the Role

Allegheny Health Network is hiring an Account Manager focused on the Italian market to manage and develop our portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, primarily SMEs. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth levers, and building long-term strategic relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients with a personalized approach based on their needs and maturity level.
  • Build a relationship of trust with key client contacts, becoming a reference partner in their daily operations.
  • Analyze needs, formulate targeted recommendations, and support the implementation of our solutions.
  • Constantly monitor performance and define actions to maximize the value generated for each client.
  • Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities from a consultative perspective.
  • Prepare and negotiate contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to share client needs, facilitate ongoing projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in managing B2B clients, preferably in a SaaS, digital, or technology context.
  • Strong listening, analysis, and synthesis skills, with a strong predisposition for customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset, sense of priorities, and precision in follow-up.
  • Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, particularly within SMEs where decisions are made quickly.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and strong motivation to contribute to the growth of a developing company.
  • Excellent professional command of Italian and English required.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus, particularly for identifying business opportunities with international subsidiaries.

You will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Support, Marketing, and Administration. We are a motivated team that puts people first, aiming to become the European leader in corporate expense management within a dynamic, start-up style environment.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: €36,000 - €70,000 per year.
  • Laptop provided.
  • Permanent, full-time contract.
  • Positive and motivating work environment.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in Italy.
