About the Role

Allegheny Health Network is looking for a Channel Manager Germany - Fintech SaaS B2B to own the local implementation and execution of our partner strategy. You will recruit, onboard, and develop a strong ecosystem of ERP integrators, accounting firms, VARs, IT service providers, and business travel partners. Your role combines partner acquisition, enablement, and revenue generation on our growth journey to become the European market leader in professional spend management.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prioritize high-quality partners in ERP, Accounting, IT Services, and Business Travel.
  • Proactively approach strategic partners and expand our presence in the German ecosystem.
  • Assess strategic fit, business potential, and alignment with the Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Build and develop your own partner portfolio.
  • Train partners on product, value proposition, and commercial approach.
  • Certify partner teams, develop internal champions, and support early customer projects.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to implement structured co-selling and co-marketing approaches.
  • Develop long-term, trusting relationships with strategic partners.
  • Manage and develop the partner pipeline through structured follow-up, joint forecasts, and regular reviews.
  • Contribute actively to partner-driven revenue through co-selling and joint opportunity qualification.
  • Activate partners through local events, webinars, and ecosystem initiatives.
  • Represent the company in the German ERP, Fintech, and Business Travel environment.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure strong, coordinated execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent German language skills (C2 level) in spoken and written form.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is mandatory.
  • Experience in Channel Management, Business Development, or with ERP/Finance software.
  • Understanding of technical integrations (ERP, CRM, travel systems, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and responsibly, implementing topics consistently.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Enjoy being present in the market and actively representing the company in the ecosystem.

Nice to Have

  • French language skills (optional, but an advantage).

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the Head of Channel & Partnerships, who defines the global strategy and supports you.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
  • Attractive commission model (uncapped).
  • Work remotely from Germany with regular travel to partners.
  • One paid onsite week every three months at the headquarters in Montagnat, France.

Work Mode
