Paired is looking for a US-Based Account Manager to onboard clients, manage long-term relationships, and ensure their success with our SaaS platform. You will be the primary point of contact, coordinating internally to deliver a seamless experience and proactively manage accounts to prevent churn.
What You'll Do
- Consistently monitor client communication via Slack, email, and other CRM tools.
- Understand customer requirements and answer questions promptly with clarity and empathy.
- Serve as the main contact for client advertising and technical needs.
- Coordinate between the client and internal design, production, sales/marketing, and tech teams to meet requirements.
- Communicate project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines effectively across teams.
- Manage multiple conversations and projects simultaneously while prioritizing key accounts.
- Track progress on all accounts using CRM and account management tools.
- Test and use our in-house software to understand the app and its integration with Meta.
- Set up ad catalogs for clients within our application.
- Help out with other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Experience working with eCommerce clients or in a marketing/advertising agency environment.
- Ability to work during US hours (EST/PST).
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong grammar and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree.
