About the Role

The role involves managing key accounts in the applied microscopy field, supporting customers through the sales cycle, and ensuring technical alignment between client needs and product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients in industrial and scientific sectors
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract closure
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to align product capabilities with customer requirements
  • Provide expert knowledge on microscopy solutions during customer engagements
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Support the development of tailored application-specific workflows
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and support
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Translate technical specifications into customer benefits
  • Assist in pricing and contract negotiations
  • Drive after-sales support coordination when needed
