Label Your Data is hiring an Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage annotation teams, ensuring project delivery and satisfaction in the AI data solutions space.
What You'll Do
- Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration.
- Manage annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team.
- Keep track of key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Proactively mediate and resolve any clients' and annotators' concerns or issues.
- Train annotation teams and supervisors.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent Ukrainian & English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
- 1-2 years of experience in the tech service industry, ideally in customer success or account management.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Mature and responsible attitude.
- Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in IT outsourcing companies.
- Experience in working with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects.
- Desire to advance in AI & annotation services.
- Good sense of humor.
