About the Role

Atlas Copco is looking for an Account Manager to drive business growth and deepen relationships with our key client accounts. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and be a crucial part of our mission to deliver sustainable productivity solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share and meet revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales or account management, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client trust.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling compressed air, vacuum, or industrial power tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven sales techniques.
