FreeWill is seeking an Account Manager to join our Partner Success team. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for managing our nonprofit partnerships, ensuring successful renewals, and expanding partnerships to include more FreeWill fundraising tools. You'll play a key role in a social-good startup dedicated to making powerful ways to donate easier and more accessible.
What You'll Do
- Ensure nonprofit organizations want to continue their subscriptions with FreeWill term over term.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships by introducing other FreeWill tools that add value.
- Create warm, dynamic relationships with our partners and ensure they feel cared for.
- Proactively identify and address challenges both internally and externally.
- Develop scalable tactics and processes as our team and number of partnerships grow.
- Understand partner needs and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
- Lead renewal and upsell meetings with partners, prioritizing their goals.
- Build strong internal relationships with Partner Success Strategists to understand the full partner journey.
- Creatively develop and pitch customized renewal plans based on individual partner needs.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to provide insight on partner needs.
- Communicate new FreeWill developments to partners and proactively offer value.
- Use and iterate on a detailed project management system to ensure all renewals proceed on schedule.
- Stay current on the latest customer success techniques and trends.
- Act in accordance with FreeWill’s values of focus, joy, kindness, and courage.

- Base salary range of $86,000-$96,000 + equity.
