About the Role
The Account Executive will identify and close new business opportunities with restaurants, hotels, and venues by promoting a guest management and analytics solution. This role requires consultative selling, relationship development, and the ability to articulate product value to decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients in the restaurant and hospitality sectors
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client operations
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals
- Collaborate with sales engineering to address technical inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Deliver feedback from customers to internal product and strategy teams
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at hospitality venues
- Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract signing
- Articulate the value of data-driven guest management tools
- Coordinate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
- Follow up on inbound leads and trial signups
- Develop customized proposals and pricing quotes
- Track performance metrics and report on sales activity
- Support onboarding handoff to customer success teams
- Adapt messaging for different venue types and market segments
