Huzzle is hiring an Account Executive to drive revenue through the full B2B SaaS/Tech sales cycle. You will play a key role in a scaling company serving global clients, building relationships and closing deals in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification through pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions to key stakeholders, including mid-level managers, directors, and executives.
- Collaborate with SDR, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize lead conversion and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends in SaaS, MarTech, and digital technology to effectively position our solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years of B2B SaaS, Tech, or MarTech sales experience in an Account Executive or similar role.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote structure.
