Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Account Executive to drive business growth through new contract generation and client retention with skilled nursing facilities. You will expand and nurture business opportunities while representing our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care for geriatric populations.
What You'll Do
- Generate new contracts to meet production goals.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports.
- Represent the organization at business and trade events.
- Promote endorsed programs and services within your assigned territory.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organize travel across the territory efficiently.
- Adaptability to changing environments and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Dependability, teamwork, and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel daily with up to 70% overnight stays.
Nice to Have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
