IFS is hiring an Account Executive - Net New | Copperleaf | DACH & Benelux (Germany or Netherlands based)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and convert new clients by executing a structured sales process from start to close
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to build strong, strategic relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members including technical sales, leadership, and marketing to assess client needs and strategic goals
  • Analyze client operations to uncover challenges and align solution benefits to address them
  • Stay informed on competitor offerings and refine positioning strategies accordingly
  • Position the solution as a strategic asset that delivers measurable business value
  • Coordinate regularly with account team members and management to align on sales tactics and opportunity plans
  • Ensure all sales opportunities, including prospects and suspects, are accurately tracked and documented in the CRM system
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and association meetings to stay current on market dynamics
  • Share insights on market trends and competitive developments gathered from external engagements

  • The preferred candidate will be located in Germany or the Netherlands and must be fluent in both German and Dutch.
  • Proficiency in English at a business level is required.
