Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert new clients by executing a structured sales process from start to close
- Engage with senior decision-makers to build strong, strategic relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members including technical sales, leadership, and marketing to assess client needs and strategic goals
- Analyze client operations to uncover challenges and align solution benefits to address them
- Stay informed on competitor offerings and refine positioning strategies accordingly
- Position the solution as a strategic asset that delivers measurable business value
- Coordinate regularly with account team members and management to align on sales tactics and opportunity plans
- Ensure all sales opportunities, including prospects and suspects, are accurately tracked and documented in the CRM system
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and association meetings to stay current on market dynamics
- Share insights on market trends and competitive developments gathered from external engagements
