What You'll Do
Lead a team of Account Executives through active coaching, performance development, and structured execution. You’ll guide 5–10 AEs, ensuring clarity in process, pipeline health, and deal strategy from discovery through close.
Run consistent operational rhythms including weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews. Shape how the team engages with prospects by refining discovery techniques, proof-of-value approaches, and negotiation tactics.
Work closely with Solutions Engineering leadership to align technical demonstrations and workflow integration with sales goals. Help refine ideal customer profiles, market segmentation, and pricing strategies based on frontline insights.
As the team grows, you’ll take ownership of hiring, onboarding, and accelerating new Account Executives, building scalable practices for a maturing sales organization.
Requirements
You have 6–10 years of sales experience, including 2–5 years managing teams selling technical B2B SaaS products. You’ve led reps through complex sales cycles and understand how to develop talent in high-velocity environments.
Proven ability to forecast accurately and manage pipeline integrity is essential. You operate with discipline, pay close attention to detail, and communicate with clarity and narrative strength.
You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous settings and take ownership without waiting for direction. Experience collaborating with pre-sales engineering teams is required, as is a track record of building structure where little existed.

Work Mode
This role operates in a hybrid format with team members expected in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day per week. Locations include New York City, San Francisco, and Barcelona. Some functions may require more frequent in-office presence.
