Responsibilities
- Work directly with sports organizations across basketball, volleyball and baseball.
- Primarily focus on professional teams, helping them unlock technology solutions to help them win.
- Understand our clients' pain points and needs to help them make the most of our solutions.
- Focus on growing existing customers and signing new ones.
Requirements
- Several years in a customer-facing sales role or as a Sales Development Representative.
- Commitment to your sales education by enrolling in a development programme.
- Own your territory by mapping out your days with the prospects you’re going to contact.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Build relationships and network naturally.
- Not afraid to call the decision-makers and close a sale.
- Proactively plan and reimagine how to help customers.
- Collaboration is key to our success at Hudl.
- Understand the importance of leveraging collective strengths and supporting your colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Business level English.
- Happy to hit the road and visit customers on a monthly basis.
- Experience working in a globally distributed team and collaborating with people located across the world.
- Understand SaaS sales and consulting methodologies, know why we always put the customer first, and strive to generate revenue by excelling at technical pre-sales and solution consulting.
Nice to Have
- Familiar with the main sports that drive our Japan business (i.e., Basketball, Soccer, Rugby and Volleyball).
- A previous role that used Salesforce.
