Hudl is hiring an Account Executive (Japanese speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with sports organizations across basketball, volleyball and baseball.
  • Primarily focus on professional teams, helping them unlock technology solutions to help them win.
  • Understand our clients' pain points and needs to help them make the most of our solutions.
  • Focus on growing existing customers and signing new ones.

Requirements

  • Several years in a customer-facing sales role or as a Sales Development Representative.
  • Commitment to your sales education by enrolling in a development programme.
  • Own your territory by mapping out your days with the prospects you’re going to contact.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Build relationships and network naturally.
  • Not afraid to call the decision-makers and close a sale.
  • Proactively plan and reimagine how to help customers.
  • Collaboration is key to our success at Hudl.
  • Understand the importance of leveraging collective strengths and supporting your colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Business level English.
  • Happy to hit the road and visit customers on a monthly basis.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team and collaborating with people located across the world.
  • Understand SaaS sales and consulting methodologies, know why we always put the customer first, and strive to generate revenue by excelling at technical pre-sales and solution consulting.

Nice to Have

  • Familiar with the main sports that drive our Japan business (i.e., Basketball, Soccer, Rugby and Volleyball).
  • A previous role that used Salesforce.
