Martell Group is hiring an Account Executive

About the Role

You will lead the sales cycle from start to finish, conducting inbound and scheduled strategy calls with pre-qualified prospects via Zoom. Your primary responsibility is to deliver persuasive, live demonstrations of the Revio platform using structured presentation materials and guide potential clients through a needs-based selling process grounded in the NEPQ methodology.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct live Zoom calls to present solutions and convert prospects into subscribers
  • Deliver dynamic, tailored demos using the Revio platform and supporting sales assets
  • Follow a defined sales process to address client needs and guide decision-making
  • Close transactions during calls and process payments in real time
  • Ensure seamless onboarding by walking new clients through account setup and introducing them to the support team
  • Record personalized walkthrough videos post-sale to support client activation
  • Reduce no-show rates with pre-call outreach and execute recovery steps for missed appointments
  • Log all call outcomes and update pipeline stages in iClosed immediately after each interaction
  • Address common concerns around pricing, platform compliance, and data practices using approved guidance
  • Submit weekly performance summaries to leadership

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success closing individual deals worth $5,000 or more remotely
  • Experience with consultative or NEPQ-based selling techniques (training provided if needed)
  • Ability to confidently lead live software demonstrations and respond to technical questions
  • High level of self-direction in managing schedule, tools, and sales pipeline
  • Clear, professional communication skills, especially on video
  • Commitment to updating iClosed with call results and status changes the same day

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background selling SaaS products, coaching services, or premium digital offerings
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or iClosed
