About the Role

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is hiring an Account Executive to grow our customer base by building strong relationships and securing new B2B clients in the Seattle and Lynnwood areas. You will focus on selling Service Agreements for commercial buildings, demonstrating the expertise and value of our technicians and our best-in-class Commercial HVAC Maintenance Services. Travel throughout the region will be required.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance agreements by evaluating customers’ current operational costs and developing tailored proposals.
  • Manage contract renewals and modifications.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with customers, anticipate their evolving needs, and introduce additional MacDonald-Miller services.
  • Foster internal integration and supportive working relationships.
  • Protect, maintain, and grow the customer base.
  • Promote and sell the company’s capabilities and the benefits of being a full-service mechanical contractor.

  • Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
