HSBC Group is hiring an Account Executive (Ejecutivo de Cuenta Advance) in Mexico to deliver the highest level of personalized service and financial advice to an assigned portfolio of clients within the Mass Affluent Advance and Premier segments. You will focus on portfolio retention and growing client product holdings.
What You'll Do
- Provide the highest level of service for clients' day-to-day financial requirements.
- Offer personalized financial advice to meet clients' short, medium, and long-term needs.
- Conduct timely retention of the assigned client portfolio.
- Grow the product portfolio of assigned clients through collaboration with business units.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in an Economic-Administrative or Financial field (completed or in progress) or completed high school diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and/or client support.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Premier products and services.
- Certificación Figura AMIB.
- Knowledge of markets and external regulations.
- Knowledge of Financial Mathematics.
- Knowledge of branch operational systems and procedures.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Ability to manage a client portfolio.
- A passion for sales.
- Skill in detecting client needs.
- Schedule availability from Monday to Saturday.

- Sales experience, preferably in the financial sector.
