Responsibilities
- Defines strategic direction for influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring they support brand goals and key performance indicators for major lifestyle and consumer packaged goods clients.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Analytics, Paid Media, and CX, along with the Influencer Activation Team, to integrate campaigns and maintain awareness of agency capabilities, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
- Leads communication efforts in tactical planning and represents influencer marketing expertise across internal and client-facing discussions.
- Promotes innovation by utilizing new platforms, AI-powered insights, and trend analysis to build resilient and future-ready strategies.
- Develops and sustains relationships with talent representatives and management agencies to ensure dependable collaborations and rapid campaign execution.
- Serves as a trusted consultant, advising clients on best practices in social media, digital engagement, and influencer marketing while identifying paths for strategic expansion.
- Advances client relationships to reveal additional revenue streams and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Evaluates campaign briefs, aligns internal teams, and coordinates staffing requirements with senior strategy leads and resource management to ensure efficient delivery.
- Mentors team members by sharing industry insights, best practices, and updates on evolving trends to strengthen overall influencer marketing capabilities.
- Works with senior strategy leads to create case studies that showcase impactful influencer marketing outcomes.
