At CAA Club Group, we're seeking an Accident Benefits Insurance Trainer to shape the knowledge and confidence of our insurance professionals. Your role is central to ensuring our team delivers exceptional service to our Members. You'll have continuous learning opportunities, exposure to modern training tools, and a direct influence on our insurance education programs.
What You'll Do
- Consult with business partners in the Accident Benefits Claims department to design and develop training programs, ranging from small to large scale.
- Use effective instructional methods and materials to reinforce participants' learning and enhance knowledge retention.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Stay current on the insurance industry, the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule (SABS), and training and development trends.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs that empower insurance professionals to excel.
- Leverage innovative tools and techniques to create memorable learning experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to our learning strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary degree/diploma and interest in pursuing Adult Education certification.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in the insurance industry as a broker, agent, underwriter, or claims adjuster.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training development using different delivery modalities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training delivery.
- Passion for instructional learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
- French language proficiency.
